At Gothic India, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience for every customer. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. While we try our best to maintain accurate inventory on our website, there may occasionally be stock differences due to high demand or inventory updates.

In such cases:

  • Available items in your order may be shipped first.
  • Remaining items will be dispatched separately once they are back in stock.

We reserve the right to cancel or delay orders in case of stock unavailability, payment verification issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping Charges

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • FREE shipping on all prepaid orders, as per the occasion.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 10-15 business days after confirmation.

For made-to-order or limited-drop products, dispatch may take between 15- 17 business days depending on production timelines and order volume.

Estimated dispatch timelines may also be mentioned on individual product pages.

Our warehouse operates Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

4. Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within:

  • 4–7 business days for most locations across India.
  • Remote or inaccessible areas may require additional delivery time.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or operational issues beyond our control.

5. Change of Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing the order.

Unfortunately, shipping addresses cannot be modified once the order has been confirmed or dispatched.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking link via email
  • Tracking details on your order page.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

7. Delayed Orders

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeline, please contact our support team with your order details.

We will coordinate with the courier partner and provide an update as soon as possible.

8. Damaged, Lost or Tampered Packages

If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery:

  • Please refuse to accept the package.
  • Contact our support team immediately with photos/videos.

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery update.

For any lost shipments, we will investigate the issue with our courier partner before approving a replacement or refund.

9. Unboxing Recommendation

We strongly recommend recording a clear unboxing video while opening your package.

This helps us resolve issues related to:

  • Missing items
  • Wrong products
  • Damage claims
  • Quality concerns

Claims without proper unboxing proof may not be eligible for resolution.

10. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

11. International Shipping

We currently not offer international shipping, but in coming time we’ll surely bring that too.
