Return & Exchange policy


SIZE EXCHANGE

You may request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery.

    Eligibility Requirements:-

  • In the event of an exchange, the buyer shall have to bear the shipping cost.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, without any damage and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Clear photos of the product and tags must be uploaded while submitting the request.
  • All exchange requests are subject to verification before approval.

Other details – Size Exchange

  • Exchanges are subject to size availability.If the requested size is unavailable: Store credit coupon code equivalent to the product value will be issued.

Partial Exchanges

  • Partial exchanges are allowed for multi-item orders

PRODUCT EXCHANGE 

You may request an exchange for another product within 5 days of delivery.

    Eligibility requirements:-

  • In the event of an exchange, the buyer shall have to bear the shipping cost.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
  • Clear product and tag images must be uploaded while raising the request.
  • All exchange requests are verified before approval.

      Other details:-

  • If the selected product is priced higher, the balance amount must be paid during checkout.
  • If the selected product is priced lower, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit coupon.

DAMAGE OR INCORRECT PRODUCT

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear images and videos of the product and packaging for verification.
  • Once verified, we will either:Arrange a replacement, or issue store credit coupon, based on your preference.
